Pink Object Box (I Spy) 23rd March 2023 DaV DaV was invited to join the presentation for Pink Object Box. He sat on my left with his back against the chair. He sat straight up with both his legs under the table. I took out the objects from the box one by one in order; pig, lid, pan,  fan,  bun,  hat . He named the object correctly except for the bun that he called  bread.  We repeated the first step, and he correctly recognised the objects.  I then took out two objects at the same time and gave the initial sound of the object's name. DaV was able to recognise the requested object. We repeated the step, and he again chose the correct objects.  EvQ EvQ was invited  to join the presentation for Pink Object Box. Curves of Work  Name: DaV Age: 4 Date of observation: 21st March 2023 7.55 - DaV walked around the room from shelf to shelf. He looked at the activities on the shelf and stopped near the table where LeM was drawing. He chatted with  LeM  about what the drawing was. He said he was going to draw, also.  8.10 - He collected items for the drawing and talked to LiS, who had just arrived. 8.15 - Sat next to LeM and talked to him while drawing. Looked at LeM 's drawing to compare their drawings.  8.30 - Continued drawing. He coloured the picture (it's a dinosaur) 8.45 - showed his drawing to Marlene. Continued drawing and added details to the existing picture.  9.00 - continued drawing. Sometimes sitting on a chair or standing up. He chatted with LeM about their pictures, comparing them several times. 9.10 - put the drawing away and said he would continue after having morning tea. 9.25 - Put the clipboard on a different table to draw on. Eucalyptus Montessori - Cockatiel observation

  Monday 26/9/22 8.00 children are arriving. Some children are preparing morning tea, cutting fruit and making banana bread. They talk to each other and soft chatter voice fills up the room. The children keep on coming. They put their shoes on and wash their hand before choosing a material or activity to do. Some children work on their own, some others work together with Brown Stairs and Pink Tower materials.  8.15 HaG  comes with his mum. Mum says goodbye and HaG  waves to her before sitting on the bench. He sits quietly and looks at Storm for a few seconds before smiling. Storm asks if HaG  needs help with his shoes. HaG  responds with taking his indoor shoes from the locker and unzipping the shoes he's wearing. Storm stands quietly near the shelf. A child comes to HaG  and asks if he needs help. HaG  responds with making some noise and a smile. The child takes that as a approval for the offer. She helps HaG  unzipping the other shoe and placing it in the locker. HaG  reaches f
